1 to 2 Pre-Night Stay Will Be Required
To ensure that all guests are to arrive in time in Athens for the cruise departure, a 1-2 pre-night stay will be required for this group voyage.
Recommended flights:
On June 5th fly out of USA to arrive in Athens, Greece on June 6th
June 6-8th pre-night stay in Athens
On June 15th, it is recommended to book a flight with a departure time after 12:30 pm
Two nights is recommended to allow for any delays, consideration of jet lag, and to have the option to explore the beautiful city of Athens.

Once we have a solid number of sailors confirmed for the cruise, I will create a group booking through a separate supplier to include:
2 night pre-stay
Airport and cruise terminal transfers
Athens City Tour
For all of the above, I predict the price will be about $800 - $1000 per person. This booking will allow you to make a deposit and payments to be made until a certain date.
Please keep this in mind when planning this vacation.
Optional post-stays are available at additional cost as well.
Cancellation Policy
You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your departure date. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit at this time.

Pre/Post night stays will be booked via a separate supplier. Terms and conditions will be let known to the sailors once this portion of the trip is booked.
Travel Insurance
I highly recommend adding Voyage Protection with Virgin Voyages or purchasing a travel insurance plan to protect your travel investment. Voyage Protection or travel insurance must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable once purchased.

What if I need to change my payment date?Guests are solely responsible for paying the remaining balance 120 days before your embarkation date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking. For this particular cruise, final payment is due by February 8, 2025.
